Awesome gig at The Greyhound in Hinckley yesterday. Lots of great bands put on excellent performaces. Well done to Axis Mundi for puitting on such a great event, and the people of Hinckley for showing support 
All the bass is now recorded for Resin’s debut album. Just a bit of studo effect needing to be added and they can be signed off. Next week we move on to 2 weeks of guitar recording before the vocals. It’s all progressing nicely.
We had a great time at Strawberryfields Festival on Friday. Was great that 1 band was running late so we got to the the Jam Stage, nice and big and loud, first time we have ever played sitting on straw bales!
Enjoyed our interview with the good people at Broccoli events, not sure how much of it was usable, but I guess we’ll find out when the video comes – keep you posted.
Hopefully we will return next year with a full electric set

Lasts nights gig was totally amazing. Some great acts playing great tunes from a great era. We had a total blast playing and enjoyed hanging out with lots of like minded people. Can’t wait to come back to the Musician.

The date of the Enraged gig at the Queens Hall nuneaton has been put back a week so Resin can now not perform due to other commitments. Apolgies to anyone who was hoping to see us, we shall return to Nuneaton soon.
Tonight is the night of our headline slot at the Musicians Grunge Tribute Night. We are well chuffed to have asked to headline the night, can’t wait to relive the memories.

That’s right, today is the first day of recording for Resin’s first as yet untitled album. Chez and mark have been recording drums with Dean Sharman.

Massive thanks to everyone who showed us their support at both the Evesham gig and at the Barefoot Festival, we had a blast at both.

Due to reasons behond our control, Resin are having to pull out of our gig with The Hot Red Chilli Peppers at The Greyhound pub, Hinckley on Saturday 14th July 2012.

Firstly a massive thank you to everyone who made the trip to Derby to show support for Resin, we really appriciate it, and your effort won’t be forgotten. Hello to all the new fans we made at the gig and are visiting our website for the first time.
For those of you who sensibly didn’t stick around to hear the result at 11pm (was ment to be at 6:30pm!!!), we didn’t win, but made it into the top 3 for the judges to choose from.
The day was great, and the ending was a joke. Congrats to the winners Micro Jupiter who now go on the play Hard Rock Calling.
